The rich silkiness of cream cheese is reflected on the cream cake. No need for electric egg beating. Easy to handle cheesecake. 6-inch movable bottom round mold.
Step1:A large group photo of all materials except eggs and chocolates. Cream cheese is taken from the packaging bag and put into a large bowl or beat egg basin.
Step2:Put 20g butter in a small bowl and melt in water. At the same time, put the digestive biscuit on a plate or in a fresh-keeping bag and crush it with a rolling pin. Pour the melted butter into the biscuit crumbs and mix well. Spread the buttered biscuits on the bottom of the 6-inch round mold. Take the rolling pin and press it gently. Put the round mould with biscuits in the refrigerator for cold storage.
Step3:Sit the cheese bowl in hot water at about 60 ℃ and warm it back. Pour in the cream and sugar and mix them with the hand eggbeater to make a smooth and granulated liquid. Take out the beating bowl. Cool down slightly and beat in 3 eggs one by one. Stir evenly after each time. Cheese cake liquid is ready. Take a clean big empty bowl and sieve. Filter the cake liquid three times. The purpose is to make the cake more delicate after baking.
Step4:Take baking paper. Stick it around the grinding tool with finger oil. Use it as the edge of the mold (so that the cake can be demoulded well). Melt chocolate in water. Pour into a small flower mounting bag after melting.
Step5:Cut a 0.1cm hole at the mouth of the mounting bag for chocolate. Squeeze the chocolate into the poured chocolate liquid one circle at a time. Then use the toothpick to walk from the middle to the outside (shown in the above picture) to pull the flowers. I don't think we can do this step.
Step6:Cover the outside of the mold with aluminum foil. Put it in the baking tray and add water to the bottom of the mold for 2cm. For fear of water leakage, wrap two layers of aluminum foil. Bake in water bath for 160 degrees. Bake for 55 minutes. Remove immediately after baking. Cool and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Step7:Easy demoulding. Cut one piece. The cut is very smooth.
Step8:Look. I did it once without drawing. It's not bad.
