Step1:Put the red peppers in the oven. Bake for 5 minutes at 230 degrees (or dry in an iron pot without oven or directly bake with chopsticks on the fire until the skin blisters).
Step2:Peel off the roasted red peppers. Use chopsticks to cut them into strips. Mix them with soy sauce and sugar. Pour in a small amount of sesame oil or hot oil.
Step3:Cut the preserved egg into slices (with egg cutter or thin thread). Sprinkle some raw sauce on the plate.
Step4:Put the mixed red pepper in the center of the preserved egg.
