It's Valentine's day. Stay at home. There is no steak rose for candlelight dinner. Sir suggested a drink after dinner as a souvenir. I marinated some quail eggs for wine and vegetables.
Step1:Wash quail eggs and cook for 8 minutes.
Step2:Scoop up the foaming cold water.
Step3:Skinning. It's a bit of a test of patience
Step4:Add white quail eggs, clear water, star anise, etc. to the pot. Simmer for 10 minutes, then turn to low heat for 20 minutes. (if you can eat spicy, you can add some pepper or dried pepper to make it more fragrant. My husband can't eat spicy food, so he didn't put it on.)
Step5:Simmer with ice sugar for 20 minutes and turn off the heat. I've wasted the lollipop at home. It can only be replaced by a piece of brown sugar.)
Step6:Stewed quail eggs make a pot. My husband says it's better than the tea eggs outside. ☺️)
Cooking tips:You can cook more in a fresh box and put it in the refrigerator. When you want to eat it, take it out and heat it up. You can cook a play, read a novel, read a book and drink. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
