I won't write about the making process of Qifeng cake here. You can search my recipe Qifeng cake (with super detailed recipe) . There are special and detailed steps in it. The only difference is to change the cake mold into a square one. The proportions of various ingredients are the same.
Step1:Add white sugar to the cream and beat to the shape shown above.

Cooking tips:Sugar powder is easy to get damp. If you sift it too early, it will melt easily. You'd better sift the sugar powder half an hour or 15 minutes before eating the cake.
