Braised spareribs. My specialty. Actually, braised spareribs are very simple. They taste salty, crispy and rotten. They are popular with all ages.
Step1:Wash the spareribs. Prepare the onion, ginger and garlic. Wash the spareribs and rinse them with hot water twice. In this way, the spareribs will not froth after boiling.
Step2:Heat up the oil pan. Add the onion and ginger. Stir fry the ribs until they are uncooked.
Step3:Add in the fresh soy sauce. A few old soy sauce (in this step, the old soy sauce will be put in less, and the color will not be enough in the end
Step4:Add three cloves of garlic. Two anise. Add water until it is flush with the ribs. Turn to medium low heat and simmer for about 30 minutes after the fire is over. Pay attention to the observation in the middle. When the water is dry, add water again. Make sure the meat is well cooked.
Step5:Taste the light. Add a little salt, chicken essence, a spoonful of sugar and a little soy sauce as needed. Turn the heat to collect the juice.
Step6:Come on. Eat meat.
