Cooking tips:1. Pour some drinking water when it's stuffy. I poured two or three drops of water into the two sides of the pan respectively and then put the lid on the back of the pan. 2. Be sure to grasp the time and heat of stuffy. The fire is too thick. If the minimum fire is too big, you can stuffy for a few seconds and then take the pan down for a few seconds. If shuflei is too old, it will not taste good if it is not sticky; 3. I personally don't like too sweet. 12g white sugar is suitable for me. If it is a little sweet, you can add some more.
