A lot of people make music scores. It's hard to squeeze them. They burst their bags. This is an experience that I've revised twice.
Step1:Butter softens at room temperature. Add white sugar. Because Matcha powder is a little bitter, so this sugar is more.
Step2:Butter to kil
Step3:Add milk powder, Matcha powder, flour, light cream and knead into a ball.
Step4:It's rolled into a ball. I didn't add egg liquid. I can't squeeze at all. I can't squeeze it out. I just added 30g of egg liquid. It's still hard to squeeze. Only when I added 30g of egg liquid can I squeeze it a little better.
Step5:I use a thicker bag than a disposable one. A reusable one.
Step6:Squeeze out. Preheat the oven 180 degrees. Heat up and down the middle layer. 180 degrees 10 minutes. 140 degrees 12 minutes. Each oven has a different temper. Take a look more specifically. Don't throw it in, it doesn't matter. Matcha cookies. They don't look good when colored. Those above. Made 40 Matcha cookies.
Step7:It's just sweet. It's light tea and milk. I ate it in a day.
