Step1:Mix flour with salt and water to form a hard dough. Cover a basin or cover with plastic film to keep water. Let stand for 20 minutes at room temperature. During the period, you can deal with the side dishes for fried noodles.

Step8:Put the bottom oil in the frying pan and stir fry the carrot, mushroom and bean sprout once.
Step9:Put soy sauce in the pot. Stir fry for a few times.
Step10:Go to the noodles and stir fry. Finally seasoning.
Step11:Put in the shredded peppers before leaving the pot. Stir well and leave the pot.
Step12:On a plate. Fry another poached egg on top to add flavor.
