Every time I go to the restaurant, my favorite cold dish is sweet and sour radish. I always want to make it myself. I'm just at home recently. I made a sweet and sour radish that suits my taste. It's appetizing and spleen strengthening. So called eating radish in winter and ginger in summer. It's a good front dish.
Step1:Cut turnip into cros
Step2:Put some salt evenly for about half an hour.
Step3:Prepare some pepper or millet pepper, ginger slices and garlic slices.
Step4:Then pour out the pickled water from the radish slices.
Step5:Use two spoons of vinegar. I like the taste of vinegar. I use vinegar. White vinegar is OK. If I like acid, I can use more vinegar and less soy sauce. Add sugar and some water to mix well.
Step6:Add the prepared ginger, garlic and pepper and mix well.
Step7:Pour the mixed juice into the radish and mix well.
Step8:Finally, put the fresh-keeping box on and put it into the refrigerator, and then you can eat it.
