Step1:Weigh the glutinous rice flour, corn starch, milk powder and white sugar according to the gram weight and mix them in the container for standby.

Step5:When the dough is cold (not hot), put on disposable gloves. Pull down the dough about 30g in size. Press it into a pancake by hand. Squeeze the red bean paste or mung bean paste stuffing onto the pancake. Then close the bottom and form a circle. Finally, wrap the glutinous rice cake with coconut or fried glutinous rice flour.
Step6:Cooked glutinous rice flour production - put the glutinous rice flour into the pot. Stir continuously for a while on a low heat. Stir well.
