Step6:6. Scoop up cucumbers - stir fried sauce, sesame oil, monosodium glutamate / chicken powder, fresh perilla shreds (perilla leaves are washed and chopped), sweet vinegar and cucumbers. Try to taste OK. Wrap them with plastic wrap. Refrigerate them for better taste.
