Step1:I use beef ribs. It's the same with beef brisket. Material blanching - put some cooking wine in cold water. Boil for about two minutes. Remove and wash the floating powder with water.
Step2:Four small tomatoes. One big tomato would be enough. This time, we made the sauce flavor. Tomatoes are just seasoning. So only one is enough. Two anise, two pieces of cinnamon, three or four pieces of fragrant leaves and five or six pieces of dried hot pepper.
Step3:One medium onion, cut and set aside. A piece of carrot cutting hob.
Step4:Stir fry the ribs or Brisket with oil for about one to two minutes. This time need not be too precise.
Step5:Put in the prepared spices and onions. Continue to stir fry. Stir until the onions are a little soft.
Step6:Put in two tablespoons of Haitian soybean paste, raw soy sauce, soy sauce and sugar. Pour in some cooking wine and stir fry quickly. Then put in the tomatoes and carrots. Soya bean paste this one is just from Haitian. This one is the best.
Step7:Then add boiling water. Be sure to boil water. Bring the water to a boil over the ribs. Turn to a low heat and simmer.
Step8:I was transferred to the casserole to cook. No casserole can be used. Put a spoon of salt and simmer for an hour and a half. If you use a small piece of beef brisket, you can do it in an hour. Don't put too much salt all at once. The less the soup, the saltier it will be. When it's half cooked, you can use a spoon to skim the oil on the surface.
Step9:In the end, if you feel too much soup, you can put it away in a big fire. The hot and fragrant ribs will be finished. It's the same as beef brisket. It's also super delicious.
