I have made two kinds of pots - one is more millet and less flour; the other is less millet and more flour. The taste of the two kinds of pot is different. The pot with more flour is crisper. The pot with more millet is crisper. I prefer the taste of more flour.
Step1:Wash millet. Soak it for 35 hours. Or steam it into rice with more water in electric cooker. Add more water when steaming rice. (the taste of the pot made of raw millet and cooked millet is not the same.) after millet is processed, add eggs and flour.
Step2:Knead into a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap. Wake up for 10 minutes.
Step3:Roll out the flake. The thickness depends on the population. Then use a fork or something to make a small hole in the dough.
Step4:Cut into strip
Step5:Cut into small piece
Step6:Heat the oil under the slice. Fry slowly on a low heat all the way. Fry well and take out the oil control. Then sprinkle your favorite seasoning. Make sure to sprinkle the seasoning while it's hot. When it's cold, the seasoning won't stick. (it can also be put in the fresh-keeping bag. Shake it hard for a few times. The seasoning will be even.) I forgot to take a picture of the finished product. Make do with it through the fresh-keeping bag This is ① millet with more flour and less flour. It tastes crisper and tastes more fragrant.
Step7:This is ② the flour is more millet and less rice. The color is more golden. It tastes crispy and has the smell of wheat. I ate it for three days. By the third day, it's a little hard. It's a bit hard. But the more you chew, the more fragrant it is
Step8:Another picture. The taste of black pepper is true love.
