Step4:Slice the scallion. Slice the ginger. Use the whole garlic directly.
Step5:Prepare the spices. Wash and dry the peppers (be sure to dry them, or the oil in the pot will fly
Step6:Put a little more oil in the pot. Pour in the dried pepper and all the spices and stir fry. Then pour in the bean paste and ginger slices.
Step7:Then stir fry beef, add wine, oyster sauce and soy sauce to taste.
Step8:Then add in the radish. Turn off the heat after stir frying. Prepare to change the casserole to continue.
Step9:Pour everything in the frying pan into the casserole. Add a bottle of beer. Bring to a boil.
Step10:After boiling, add in the scallions and garlic, turn to the minimum heat and simmer for about an hour (take a look every now and then. Don't burn them dry
Step11:Add salt, white pepper and sugar to taste the juice.
Step12:Pour in half a bowl of starch water to thicken the sauce and you will be out of the pot. Sprinkle some shallots after you leave the pot to have a better look.
