Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:In a large bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and salt. Add butter and sugar. Knead the flour into crumbs by hand.

  2. Step2:Take a small bowl. Beat the eggs into liquid. Add milk and cream and mix well. Mix into the egg slurry. Slowly put into the crumbs. Mix the two and knead them into a ball.

  3. Step3:Sprinkle dry flour on the chopping board. Put the dough on it and press it into a 2cm thick cake by hand. Cut a small round cake with a diameter of 5cm on the cake with a grinder.

  4. Step4:Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Spread a layer of butter on the baking plate. Put on the pancakes. Bake for about 10 minutes. Bake until golden and crispy.
