The soy sauce in winter is not finished yet. The fresh spring bamboo shoots in spring are on the market again. Let's have a simple and delicious rice cooker version.
Step1:Prepare all kinds of ingredients. I didn't buy green beans. I used sweet beans instead. It's better to have the meat with sauce. I made my own sauce years ago.
Step2:Mix the glutinous rice with the common rice. Clean it. Put some water in it. Soak it for about 20 minutes. This will make the cooked rice softer and more glutinous.
Step3:While soaking the rice, peel out the green beans and dice the soy sauce meat and the bamboo shoots.
Step4:Start the oil pan. When the oil is 60% hot, pour in green beans and stir fry until slightly discolored.

Step6:Pour in the asparagus and stir fry with soy sauce until the asparagus is evenly colored.
Step7:Put the fried diced bamboo shoots into the rice cooker.
Step8:The longer the steamed rice is, the better it will be. So I chose the longest meal for forty minutes.
Step9:When there are five minutes left for cooking, pour in the fried green beans, cover them and continue to cook the rice. Don't open the lid immediately after the cooking procedure. Simmer for another five minutes.
Step10:It's time to open the lid, stir evenly and dish.
Step11:It's for two or three people. It's better to take action on weekends. Make a pot meal in spring.
Cooking tips:It's better to stir fry green beans, asparagus and soy sauce with oil, and then pour them into the rice cooker. The rice will be more fragrant. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
