Step1:Cut beef brisket into pieces, lower it in cold water, add ginger slices and 1 teaspoon vinegar. Turn off the heat after the water is boiled. Remove the discolored beef and wash it with warm water (mainly to ensure that the soup won't froth). Restart the pot and put in proper amount of water, add the washed beef, put in 2 teaspoons of cooking wine, fragrant leaves, ginger slices, garlic slices, scallion slices and seasonings. Cook for 1.5 hours. Then fish out the beef for later use. Keep the stock.
Step2:Cross the tomato. Scald it with boiling water, peel and cut into pieces, potatoes and cilantro.
Step3:Put a little oil in the pot. Stir fry ginger and garlic slices after the oil is boiled. Then add chopped tomatoes. Add a little salt to make the tomato juice better. Add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar and stir fry for a few minutes. Then add the cooked beef and potato pieces and continue to stir fry. Finally add the cooked beef soup and cook for 40 minutes. When the soup is thick, add the end of coriander. Then the pot will be out.
Step4:Put the tomato, beef and potato on the plate.
Cooking tips:If you have a pressure cooker, it will taste better if you press the meat in the pressure cooker. If you don't have a pressure cooker, cook it a little longer. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
