Step5:5. Pour the sliced meat into the pot. Quickly stir fry until the meat turns white. Add the shredded onion and ginger to stir quickly. Add the pepper powder, soy sauce, cooking wine and salt to stir quickly and evenly.
Step6:6. Add agaric, cauliflower, spinach and chicken essence to stir fry quickly.
Step7:7. Add in the eggs, pour in sesame oil and stir fry until well done.
