My daughter-in-law wants to eat pig liver when she is pregnant. I don't trust what I bought outside. I eat it in brine.
Step1:Soak the pig liver in water for two hours. Change the water in the middle. Can bubble more time. Bubble until pig liver is white.
Step2:Prepare seasoning. Refer to pictures and material list.
Step3:Soak the pig liver in cold water. Add cooking wine, a few drops of white wine, onion and ginger. Open the fire and clean the blood. Add the rest of the seasoning. 20g salt. 1 tablespoon old soy sauce, 1 tablespoon raw soy sauce. Cook a little oyster sauce in high heat for 5 minutes. Turn to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes.
Step4:Time's up. Turn off the fire and cover it. I usually cook and soak for the night.
Step5:Take out the sliced slices. Add the minced garlic, spicy soy sauce, vinegar and raw soy sauce. Let's eat
