It's been a busy day. Eating a delicious fast food is really Kwai Fu.
Step1:Chicken liver to remove meridians and collaterals oil. Soak in clear water. Put a few drops of white vinegar in clear water.
Step2:Soak the chicken liver in a bowl. Marinate with cooking wine, black pepper, oyster sauce, starch, garlic powder and nutmeg for a while.
Step3:Shredded ginger, chopped garlic, shredded mushrooms, sliced onions, sliced red and green peppers into diamond shaped pieces.
Step4:Copy the pickled chicken liver in hot water. Take it out and cool it, then cut into small pieces.
Step5:Heat up the pot, pour in the oil, add in the ginger, garlic, onion, stir fry until the onion is soft, add in the sweet pepper, pickled mustard and mushrooms, let the ingredients soften, put in the cut chicken liver, stir fry quickly, add in the salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, a small spoon of sugar and black and white pepper to taste.
