I made my own Cranberry biscuit. It's full of cranberries.
Step1:Cut cranberries into small piece
Step2:Butter in a basin. Melt butter in hot water
Step3:First add sugar powder and stir well. Then add 30g of whole egg liquid and stir well
Step4:Add cranberrie
Step5:Add flou
Step6:Knead into doug
Step7:And make it cylindrica
Step8:Because I don't have a mold, I use a pan shovel to shape the dough into a rectangle. (it turns out that this method works well. There's no need to buy a mold.) then I wrap the plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for one hour
Step9:Take it out of the refrigerator in an hour. Cut it into 4mm pieces
Step10:Heat up and down the oven for 170 degrees. Preheat for 3 minutes. Heat in the middle layer for 15 minute
Step11:It's just out of the oven. It's fragrant. Would you like one?
Cooking tips:1. Don't over heat butter. 2. Put sugar powder, egg liquid and flour in several times. It's better to control the amount. 3. There's no mold. It's not necessary to make it rectangular. It's OK to cut it directly into cylindrical shape. 4. Don't put it too close to each plate. Otherwise, it will stick together after baking. 5. It's better to look at the three or four minutes when it's finally roasted. I think the color is good You can turn it off. Because each oven is different. The heat is slightly different. Above are some of my previous experience. I hope you have skills in cooking and delicious food.
