I used to eat toon covered with grilled fish once. I can't forget the taste once. I used tilapia to make it once.
Step1:On the first day, daub the whole fish with a little salt. Add onion, ginger and garlic and marinate them overnight or for 2 hour

Step4:When there are five minutes left to roast the fish, stir fry. A little more oil. When the oil temperature is not too high, add garlic, millet, Chinese toon head, onion, pepper, cumin, five spice powder and salt. Stir fry until it's a little color. Add oyster sauce and soy sauce. Remove the grilled fish and add in the stir fry. Bake in the oven for 3 minute
Step5:Finally, add oil in a clean pot. Use more hot oil for pouring. When the oil is heated, sprinkle a proper amount of chili on the fish, then spread the remaining Chinese toon section, and sprinkle a small amount of white sugar. When the oil temperature is high, pour it on the Chinese toon. The smell is immediately aroused. The Toon on the surface of the fish is delicious with the fish.
Cooking tips:1. The temperature of the final pouring oil must be high. It can activate the flavor of the surface seasoning just like the boiled meat slices. 2. A small amount of sugar on the surface can't be less. It will make Chinese toon taste and spicy taste combined with a little sugar taste. It will be very special.
