Step1:To make Polish seed, put 75g high powder, 75g water and 1.5g dry yeast in a bowl, mix, wrap the plastic film and ferment at room temperature until it is full of bubbles.
Step2:Except butter. Pour all ingredients of polish and main dough into the kneading bucket. Knead to a ball and add softened butter.
Step3:Knead until fully absorbed. A matte elastic dough.

Step5:About half an hour. Pour out the dough. Divide it into two parts. Knead it. Let it stand for 10 minutes.
Step6:Roll twice. When rolling the second time, spread the orange peel with sugar.
Step7:Roll into the mold.
Step8:Ferment until it's full.
Step9:Fire 230 degrees. Fire 190 degrees. 30 minutes.
Step10:In the first 10 minutes, observe that the top color should be covered with tin paper.
Step11:Put a towel on the table. Shake the mold once. Pour out the bread. Let it lie on the air rack.
