Step1:Grab a handful of mung beans and pick out the bad ones. Just soak them in clear water for a day and a night (until the mung beans open to show white). I forgot to take the picture. This is the first mornin
Step2:Spread the mungbean in the washing net. Cover it with a wet towel. I don't have any extra clean towels at home. I used three of my washcloths to fold it up
Step3:Put the dish washing net basin in a slightly deeper plate like this. A plate is covered on the top. The plate below is a little high to receive water
Step4:Take a black garbage bag or towel and cover all around. The bean sprouts can't see the light. It's easy to turn black when you see the light
Step5:I'll put the bean sprouts under the tap and wet the towel every morning and night. This is what it looks like on the first morning
Step6:That's how long the roots are the next night
Step7:The fourth day has a finger as long as it is. Use scissors to cut off the root under the leakage net. Because that root is too long, so it's easy to cut off some
Step8:This is the sprouted bean. It's easy and healthy to make.
