Step1:Prepare materials.
Step2:Wash the pig's hoof; wash the soybeans and soak them in water for 4 hours; wash the ginger and slice them; wash the spices and put them into a marinated bag.
Step3:Put the pig's hooves in a cold water pot and cook until they change color. Remove them. Cool them in cold water and drain.

Step5:Put in the pig's hoof. Stir fry until colored.
Step6:Add in soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine and ginger slices and stir well.
Step7:Add hot water, soybeans and marinated bags. Bring to a boil over high heat and turn to low heat for 90 minutes.
Step8:Take out the ginger slices and the marinated bag. Turn the heat to collect the juice.
