Every time I go to the restaurant to order spicy chicken, I always look for chicken pieces in the pile of chili peppers. Do it yourself. Enough at a time.
Step1:Two legs of pipa. Chop the bones and cut into small pieces.
Step2:Add ginger slices, cooking wine, soy sauce, cumin powder, pepper, salt and oyster sauce. Knead them evenly and marinate for half an hour.
Step3:After marinating, prepare spicy garlic cloves, ginger slices and dried chillies, and then cut them into pieces to make them into water
Step4:Heat the oil pan to 70%. Fry the marinated chicken pieces. Fry until golden. According to personal taste, if you like crispy ones, you can fry them for a while. Fry and then fish out.
Step5:Put a little oil in the pot. Add the pickled peppers, garlic, ginger slices, stir fry slowly over low heat until the water is dry. Smell the fragrance. Put in the chicken. Peanuts. Stir fry in high heat ~ the chicken pieces have been marinated. No seasoning is needed to stir fry them again.
Step6:It's out of the pot. The chicken with hot heart. You don't need to find chicken pieces in the chili anymore.
