This little biscuit is a little unusual. I left a piece of dough when I made the tappet. I didn't want to make another fruit tower. So I changed it into biscuit mischievously. The effect was wonderful.
Step1:Materials other than eggs and butter are put in a container.
Step2:Mix well.
Step3:Cut up the butter and put it in the dry powder.
Step4:Rub it with your hands into a coarse-grained state.
Step5:Add an egg. Knead it into a dough.
Step6:The dough is wrapped with plastic wrap and refrigerated for more than half an hour.
Step7:Take it out from the refrigerator and lay a piece of oil paper on top and bottom respectively. Roll it out to make a 23mm pancake.
Step8:Then cut it into small rectangle of 3cm × 4cm. Make a small hole on it with a fork. Bake in a 180 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
Step9:Then... Eat.
