Every spring, as long as you plant 5.6 loofahs in the garden, you can't eat them all that summer. My mother likes to keep part of the loofah. She would take the old loofah and dry it. Then she would pick out the black melon seeds from the shell one by one. The rest of the shell would be used to wash the dishes. It's better than detergent. I used to serve my friends with fried eggs of loofah. My friend asked me why I stripped all the skin of loofah? I told her. In fact, you don't need to cut it all off. Some people like to stay green. But I prefer the taste of loofah after the skin is completely removed. At the end of the meal, we wiped out the loofah and eggs. My friend also used the soup to mix with rice. Later, I became a mother. The kitchen was my stage. I slowly learned that to cook well with heart is to cook delicious food with the ingredients themselves, without relying on the seasoning with additives. -
