Step7:Turn off the heat when the soymilk boils. When the soybean skin appears on the surface, pour the soymilk into the inner tank of the electric rice cooker. Stir it in the same direction with a spoon and close the lid. Keep the electric rice cooker warm. Leave it for 15 minutes and then open the lid.
Step8:When the electric rice cooker is working, it is also used to make bean curd brain brine. Heat up the wok and put the oil in it. Stir fry the onion, ginger and garlic in the medium heat. Stir in the cauliflower and agaric for a while. Stir in the old and raw soy sauce for a while. Pour in the water. Put in the salt. Bring to a boil.
Step9:Thicken with water lake powder. Break up the eggs and stir them into egg flowers. Serve in a basin.
