Oven version of self-made roast lamb chops - simple and easy to make, tender and juicy, no smell of mutton.
Step1:Wash the lamb chops and dry them with kitchen paper. Pour cooking wine on the lamb chops evenly, sprinkle salt and black pepper on the chops, and grasp well.
