When I was a child, I went to my aunt's (nutritionist's) home for dinner. After eating this dish, I totally overturned my understanding of lamb chops. I think it's better than grilling. Every time I go there, I always quarrel about eating this. Today, I asked her for a recipe to share with you^_^
Step1:Prepare scallion and ginger. Wash lamb chops. Boil the water in the pot. Remove the lamb chops for about 3 minutes. Pour out the water. Brush the pot clean.
Step2:Put clean water again (put more water). Put the lamb chops, shredded ginger and scallion into cold water. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 40 minutes.
Step3:Prepare the rest of the materials for use during this period.
Step4:It's important here. 40 minutes later. Take out the lamb chops. Don't throw the soup... Pour into container for use... Put the oil in the pot (I have a little too much). Add a spoonful of sugar. Stir well with a spatula. Put in the lamb chops. Turn the heat to stir immediately.
Step5:Wait until the lamb chops change color. Add onion and ginger. Salt, sesame, cumin, chili and chicken essence. Finally, add some coriander and stir fry for several times.
Step6:Don't brush the pot. Pour the soup directly into the container left when stewing the lamb chops. Add tomatoes and cilantro (you can also put cabbage shreds). Put some salt. After boiling, you can drink it. My aunt said that this soup has a very high nutritional value. It tastes good with less salt. I don't feel bored at all. I have at least three bowls at a time.)
Step7:Delicious..
