Step1:Pour boiling water into white sugar. Turn the sugar into boiling water, and then pour the sugar into glutinous rice flour while it is hot. Pour part of the water first. Don't add all at once. Because the water absorption of glutinous rice flour is different. First stir it with chopsticks into floccules. Then knead it by hand. If it's too dry, add some hot water. If it's not too much, then pour some dry powder down. Until it's kneaded into a smooth dough. Try not to be too hard.
Step2:Cover the dough with plastic wrap and place it for 10 minutes. Then divide it into small dosage forms of about 15 grams. Rub it round. Like the bean paste can also be wrapped into the bean paste stuffing. Then roll on the sesame. Rub again. Let the sesame firmly stick to the dough. Put oil in the pot. Oil can be a little more. Wait until it's 50% hot. Put in the hemp ball. Turn down the heat.
Step3:Use chopsticks to turn it over and over again. Let the sparrow heat evenly. Wait until it's fried for about 3 minutes. The hemp ball will float. Continue turning until it's golden.
Step4:Take it out and put it on a plate. The hemp ball does not collapse. It's always round. It's very beautiful.
