Cooking tips:1. The water content of pumpkin is different. The water absorption of glutinous rice powder is different. Adjust it properly. 2. My homemade Dousha is not very sweet, so I add sugar to the glutinous rice balls properly. If Dousha is sweet, it can be added less or not. According to my own preference. 3.
