Step9:Let the meat and wonton skin be squeezed as tightly as possible. Don't pinch it in other places of wonton skin. As long as the meat and skin are pinched tightly.
Step10:The wonton skin can be boiled directly or frozen.
Step11:When it's frozen, take a small bag and split it. It's very comfortable to cook a bowl of hot soup when you're hungry in the middle of the night. It's also good for children to have breakfast.
Step12:Fresh boiled wonton. As long as the water is boiling. Add wonton. Turn to medium heat and cook for 2 minutes. Boil the frozen wonton. Bring the boiling water to a boil. Add the wonton. Don't stick to the pot. Then heat it over medium heat. Pay attention not to pounce on the pot. Don't add cold water here. It's cooked in 35 minutes.
Step13:Prepare a large bowl. Add one tablespoon of raw soy sauce, one third of lard, onion and laver. If you don't like it, you can change it into salt.
