Step1:Sweet potato steaming and pressing mud. I used 350g. Mix 175g lactone tofu, 5g Matcha powder and 2G Stevia together. I'll beat them with the cooking machine. If not, mix them by hand. Mix them well. I forgot to take a picture of this step. I used this lactone tofu.
Step2:Take half of the sweet potato puree. Stir in the Matcha bean curd paste and pour into the mold. Put it in the preheated oven at 180 ℃ for 10 minutes. I forgot to take photos for the taste of Matcha. This is the stir fried tofu paste with dragon skin.
Step3:It is used to make the flavor of the Pitaya peel when baking the Matcha. The Pitaya peel 55g + tofu 175g + Stevia 2G are evenly stirred in the blender, and the other half of the sweet potato puree is evenly stirred.
Step4:Stir well the tofu and sweet potato puree of Pitaya. The color is amazing. Bake for 10 minutes and take out the oven after the surface solidifies. Pour in the Pitaya peel and smooth the surface.
Step5:Put it in the oven. Lower the temperature by 150 ℃ and bake for 40 minutes at 180 ℃. Use toothpick to insert without batter. Cool thoroughly, then tear off the oil paper and cut it into pieces.
Step6:This is after refrigerated overnight. The oil paper is easy to tear. The internal organization is very solid. It tastes like tofu. The color of Pitaya peel has changed after high temperature. But the process is very pleasant.
Cooking tips:Sugar is my substitute. You can change it into white sugar according to the situation. The mould is 450g toast mould, which is padded with oil paper in advance for standby. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
