Leek pie is my big love. It's also Chinese pizza. -
Step1:Prepare ingredients. Pour water into cornmeal in several times. Stir with chopsticks until there is no dry powder. Wash leek and control water.

Step5:Spread the stuffing on the tortillas. Cover the pot and have a light fire for four or five minutes.
Step6:There is no need to stew the pot. Open the lid immediately. Finished product.
Step7:Serve on a plate.
Cooking tips:Corn flour should be a mixture of fine corn flour and corn flour. All the fine corn flour tastes too sticky and not crisp. All the corn flour is too loose and not easy to form. Corn flour is watered in small amounts in order not to make corn flour thin or crisp. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
