Eggnog is my favorite breakfast. I can't resist the temptation of it on the way to work. It's my favorite breakfast in the morning. But the oil sold out is too big. It's not good for my health to eat often. I'll make one at home today. It's clean, healthy and delicious.
Step1:Flour, warm water and soft dough. Wake up for about 20 minute

Step7:Brush the oil on the bottom of the pan. Heat the oil and put it into the rolled cake. Turn the cheese over low heat for about half a minute. The cake will slowly bulge
Step8:Poke a hole in the big bag with chopsticks. Pour in egg liqui
Step9:When the egg liquid solidifies a little, turn it over. Bake it for another minute or so. When the egg is cooked, it will be ready to leave the pot.

Cooking tips:1. When rolling out the cake, be sure to be light. Don't roll out the pastry. 2. Judge whether the eggs are cooked or not. You can press lightly with a shovel. When the middle of the cake is hard, you can cook well.
