Step1:Seasoning - chicken wings, garlic, ginger slices, small red pepper, salt, sugar, cooking wine, oil consumption or abalone sauce 1. Boil a pot of water. Put a spoon of cooking wine and a few pieces of ginger slices into the water. Boil the chicken wings for 3 minutes. Remove and rinse with cold water. 2. Cut the garlic into smaller pieces. Turn off the heat and add in the remaining garlic, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
