Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Method: slice chicken gizzard and prepare ginger and garlic with green and red peppers.

2. 

   Step2:Chicken gizzards in boiling water, wine, scalding, pressing and firmin

3. 

   Step3:Take it out and clean it.

4. 

   Step4:Put the oil in the pot. Stir fry the onion, garlic and pepper. Stir fry the green and red peppers.

5. 

   Step5:Stir fry chicken gizzards until cooked.

6. 

   Step6:Mix in soy sauce, salt and chicken essence. Stir well. Dish.
