Step1:Slice radish and marinate for more than 1 hour. Filter out the water and wash the radish with cold boiled water.
Step2:I use this to chop chili. Add chopped chilli, white vinegar, sugar and ginger.
Step3:Kwai can be eaten in 12 hours. It's a quick pickle.
Cooking tips:Wash the radish with water that is boiled and then cooled. Do not use tap water. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
