Last night, I had a whim before I went to bed. I miss the eggs and tofu from the roadside stall. I got up and soaked the soybeans. It took me 40 minutes to finish the breakfast. Step13:Heat the oil in the wok. Stir in the scallion. Add water and boil.

Step15:Dig the bean curd into the bowl. Add the onion, coriander and marinade. Sprinkle the peanuts on it.

Cooking tips:Soymilk should be filtered and then heated. It is not easy to stir the internal fat in soymilk for too long. Marinade is free to make according to your taste. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
