Every weekend is a time to cook delicious food for the family. I usually eat what my mother does on weekdays. On holidays, I also do it for my parents and sons. I like bass personally, because it has few thorns, good meat and high protein content. As a fitness person, I really love it.
Step1:Remove scales and viscera of fresh bass. Wash and reserve. Ginger, slice, shred, dry pepper, shallot and reserv
Step2:Put a flower knife on the back of the fish (I forgot to shoot at that time). Spread ginger slices evenly on the bottom of the plate. Put perch on it. Pour some cooking wine. Sprinkle a little salt on the fish.
Step3:Boil the water in the pot. Sprinkle shredded ginger on the fish before the fish is put into the pot. Cover the pot and steam for 15 minutes.
Step4:Steam well out of the pot. Pour in steamed fish and soy sauce. Sprinkle with shredded green onion and chili. Pour in hot oil. Finish.
Step5:The finished product is simple, easy to make and nutritious steamed bass.
