My family eats dumplings every half a month. This time, the dumpling skin is made by hand. The meat stuffing is added with Malan head.

Step6:Roll the small dosage into a round shape, roll it into a thin skin with a rolling pin, and squeeze the stuffing into dumplings.
Step7:The water is hot. Boil the dumplings for about 7 or 8 minutes. Stew for a while and take out.
