I made bean paste without any additives. Give it to children. Rest assured.
Step1:Soak red beans in advance (I sometimes use small red beans and sometimes red kidney beans
Step2:Boil it until it's soft and rotten. Add 100g white sugar and 50g brown sugar. Cook until it's melted (you can use a pressure cooker or an electric rice cooker. I use an ordinary cooker to boil it in the steam oven. Try to have as much water as possible. First boil it in high heat, then boil it slowly in low heat.)
Step3:You can turn off the fire when you boil the red bean soup to about half of the rest. Then use the spoon and auxiliary food grinder to start pressing and grinding. Press it into a mud shape (it will be more delicate if you use the wall breaker, cooking stick and juicer to process it and filter it. But I'm too lazy to wash these bottles and jars. And I always feel that children don't need to eat too fine, except for the little ones).
Step4:Put 30ml of cooking oil and 20g of butter. Stir in medium heat and stir until all the oil is absorbed.
Step5:Continue to stir fry until the water is dry. Stir fry the bean paste. (the above four pictures show different colors due to the amount and light of brown sugar
