I've seen other bloggers make fish flavored shredded pork with a lot of vinegar. That proportion really tastes like vinegar?. I prefer sweet ones. I can cook at home as I like. One person, one taste. If you like sweet, you can try my proportion.

Step22:Stir fry until the color changes. Dish up and set aside.
Step23:Pour a little oil into the pot again. Pour in the onion and ginger and explode.
Step24:With the least fire.
Step25:Put a tablespoon of red oil bean paste in it.
Step26:Stir fried.
Step27:Stir fry the red oil. Use the smallest fire all the time. Don't paste it.
Step28:Stir fry the red oil and pour in the carrots and fungus. They are hard to cook.
