Step3:Sprinkle with chili powder, cumin powder and pepper powder. Put it in the oven. Bake at 200 ℃ for 15 minutes, until the surface is slightly yellow and the tofu is soaked.
Step4:When you bake tofu, stir fry the meat. Heat the oil in the pot. Stir fry the minced garlic and ginger. Stir fry the red oil in Pixian bean paste. Stir in minced pork. Stir in the fragrance. Pour in one scoop of raw soy sauce, one scoop of old soy sauce. Pour in the diced cabbage and stir evenly.
Step5:Baojiang tofu is out of the oven 15 minutes later. Spread the minced meat on the surface of tofu. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes.
Step6:Coriander, broken ear root and shallot are the three treasures of Baojiang tofu.
Step7:Mix and chop.
Step8:Cut the dried pepper. Mix it with the dried pepper. Heat the oil in the pot. Turn off the heat and dry the pepper.
Step9:Pour the pepper oil on the surface of the meat.
Step10:Then fold the parsley and dice the chives on the surface.
Step11:The Baojiang tofu is tender outside and inside. It's spicy and delicious. It's accompanied by the crisp pork Sao. The coriander and shallot fold the ear root. Kill two bowls of rice every minute.
