It's very simple and easy to operate. Prepare several empty plastic bottles to produce bean sprouts.
Step1:First prepare 100g mung bean and wash with water. Then add some water to soak for one night.
Step2:Make a hole in the bottom of the mineral water bottle to breathe. Make as many holes as you can. Make sure the holes are not too big, or the mungbean will fall out.
Step3:Put the green beans in four bottles. You can also wash the mung beans and put them in a bottle. Then put them in a steamer. Put some water in the bottom of the mung bean. The next day. Pour out the water.
Step4:After the mungbean is packed, find a deeper pot. Don't cover it. Wash with water three times a day.
Step5:I used cold water to wash when I got up early to cook. Do it again at noon. Do it again at night before going to bed. Put the lid on after the water.
Step6:If it's hot, you can have these teeth in three to four days.
Step7:The temperature here is relatively low these days, so I spent seven days on these two bottles. It is not recommended to keep it in the bottle for too long. Don't exceed seven days, or the beans will rot.
Step8:Basically, three bottles can produce a lot of bean sprouts, but one plate can't be used. Simple mung bean sprouts will be born. It's safer and more secure than those bought outside. If the temperature is high, it will be OK in about three days. It will be ready.
