Step4:(not shown here) divide the fermented dough into 8 parts, then round it, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minute
Step5:Prepared pastry ingredients. First mix butter and sugar powder. Then mix low gluten flour and milk powder. Mix well and place in refrigerator to keep fresh
Step6:When the dough is relaxed, take out the pastry of the refrigerator and divide it into 8 parts. Rub them into a circle. Then use the plastic wrap to flatten and roll the circle. Then cover two thirds of the dough. Then use the toothpick to draw the pattern. Finally, brush a layer of yolk liquid on the pastry
Step7:(note - preheat the oven at 180 ℃ for 10 minutes) place the oven in the middle layer and bake for 20 minute
Cooking tips:Note - I don't use a toaster for dough. It's better to put a bowl of water at the bottom of the manual and flour oven. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
