Tofu is a little more frequent on my dining table. It's made almost three or four times a week. It's not just that adults are fed up with the same way. Children will gradually dislike eating. In order to attract a few of my family's food stomachs, I always try my best to study new recipes for them every day. Today's fresh dish is doused stinky tofu. It smells stinky and tastes delicious.
Step1:Slice tofu and set aside.
Step2:Prepare three pieces of stinky tofu and press them into mud shape for standby. Don't like the smell of stinky tofu. This step can be omitted
Step3:Saute the garlic cloves and chop them into minced garlic. Cut the leeks into minced ones for later use. (leek powder can be replaced by onion. You can use whatever you have at home. It doesn't affect the taste. It just makes the finishing touch.)
Step4:Fry in 70% oil.
Step5:Fry until the bean curd is golden and dry. Drain the oil and set aside.
Step6:Set the fried tofu on a plate.
Step7:Add a bowl of water to the pot. Add three spoons of chili powder, three spoons of cumin powder, two spoons of vinegar, one spoonful of salt, one spoonful of sugar, one spoonful of oyster sauce and one spoonful of chicken essence and mix well.
Step8:Add three pieces of crushed stinky tofu and stir well to boil.
Step9:Add a little water starch to thicken the sauce before cooking.
Step10:Pour the cooked sauce evenly on the fried tofu.
Step11:Sprinkle the right amount of garlic and leek to eat.
