Although cooking meat jelly is mostly done in winter, it's not bad to boil a pot of meat jelly in summer. You can cook pig skin, scrape oil and cut silk for another hour. You sweat profusely. Step10:Cut a piece of frozen meat skin. Wash the green pepper and red pepper.
Step11:Chopped green and red peppers.
Step12:Add one scoop of soy sauce and one scoop of oyster sauce.
Step13:Add a spoon of sesame oil and stir well. The sauce is ready.
Step14:Cut the frozen meat into rectangles and put them in the plate.
Step15:The frozen meat skin can be eaten by pouring the juice. It's cool and refreshing to eat some pieces in hot days.
